Emails
Description: I wrote the copy for these emails to be sent to public adjusters, attorneys, and insurance industry professionals in communities that have suffered through devastating storms, hurricanes, tornados, or other destructive events.
Objective: The objective of this project was to inform these professional service providers about this new SaaS and encourage them to subscribe to use the service with their clients.
Solution: I wrote email copy that my client can use to promote her business to potential new clients in her industry.
Description: I wrote this email newsletter for a prominent luxury custom homebuilder in Texas. The audience of newsletter subscribers consisted primarily of landowners who were ready to build their custom homes.
Objective: The objective was to keep in touch with potential new clients to let them know that Royal Texan Homes is an award-winning luxury homebuilder that could build their custom dream homes on the homeowners’ land.

Solution: I created this copy using language to build trust with potential new clients and support the company’s position as the leading luxury homebuilder in the area.
Branding
Description: I wrote this tone of voice guide to help ensure consistency in CapYear Academy’s messaging for many years to come, so no matter who writes their marketing materials, it all sounds like it’s coming from the same person.
Objective: The objective of this project was to write a guide that would help the company create materials that would have a consistent brand voice and focus on how it would address students’ pain points and goals.
Solution: I wrote this guide so that all of CapYear Academy’s marketing materials will continue to align with their brand voice and values. This will prevent their written materials from sounding too informal or too formal, allowing them to effectively resonate with their audience.
Description: I created this buyer persona to help ensure that my client’s messaging effectively targeted its primary audience. In this case, the audience was pre-med or pre-PA students who needed to gain clinical work experience to complete their medical education and advance their careers. CapYear Academy offers a comprehensive certified clinical medical (CCMA) training program, which allows students to gain real-world, practical experience.
Objective: The objective was to create an accurate picture of the company’s primary buyer so that anyone who writes marketing materials for CapYear Academy in the future will fully understand their audience and can more effectively tailor their messaging.
Solution: I created this copy by focusing on the challenges, goals, pain points, and other relevant aspects that influence this buyer’s motivation to choose a CCMA program that will help them gain the experience they need.
Description: I wrote this brief company bio for Royal Texan Homes, to appear in marketing materials promoting its prestigious accomplishment of being chosen to receive an award for the Best Custom Home Floorplan Experts in 2024 in Texas. The award organization requested a 500-character bio of this award-winning luxury custom homebuilder.
Objective: The objective of this project was to provide a brief overview of the company, which the awarding organization would use on its website and in other media related to this award.
Solution: I wrote this concise yet descriptive bio to fit within the character limits while focusing on the elegant, historically inspired designs that Royal Texan Homes provides in its beautiful, unique, high-end homes.

Description: I wrote the copy for this postcard for a direct mail campaign for Royal Texan Homes, a prominent luxury custom homebuilder in Texas. The target audience of this postcard consisted of property owners who were planning to build custom homes on their lots.
Objective: The objective was to reach out to potential new clients to let them know that Royal Texan Homes is an award-winning luxury homebuilder that could design and build their custom dream homes on the homeowners’ land.
Solution: I created this copy to inform my client’s target audience that the luxury custom homebuilder was designing and building expertly crafted, beautiful homes in their area and could design and build homes of the highest quality on the lots they already owned.
Press Release
Description: I wrote this press release to inform the public that Royal Texan Homes was breaking ground on a new showcase home in Montgomery Texas, just north of Houston.
Objective: The objective was to write a concise yet informative press release that my client could distribute to the media. The goals were to inform potential new homeowners that a new community was now available for them to consider as a location for their new homes and to support my client’s position as the area’s most prominent luxury custom homebuilder.
Solution: I wrote this press release to let potential new homeowners know that Royal Texan Homes could build their dream homes in a beautiful, new community offering excellent amenities and a prime location for them to raise their families.
Facebook Post
Description: I created this Facebook post for a SaaS as part of setting up their Business Facebook page. The audience consisted of residential and commercial property owners who have experienced property loss or damage.
Objective: The objective was to let residential and commercial property owners know how My Property Pro could help them prepare property inventories for their insurance claims.
Solution: I created this copy using language that shows the benefits of subscribing to My Property Pro.
